I was honored to be invited to their high-tea prelaunch in a really really cute cafe which made me felt like i was transported to the city of love.

MUA applying the latest range to my lips
Upon my arrival, i was greeted by a makeup artist and he offered to apply the latest Bourjois Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet range onto my lips. Talk about first hand experience before actually getting to know about the latest product right?! And should i really emphasize on the texture of the formulation when its always so consistent. If you are eagered to know more about the latest range, scroll away peeps!

Presenting the new shades from Bourjois!
Some swatches of the latest shades. LOVE!
Just because it's always prettier when its all in a line
Now for the fun part, introducing to you guys on the latest Bourjois Rouge Edition, the Souffle de Velvet. The Bourjois Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet aims to never compromises between colour and comfort. The formula is enriched with hydration-guarding agents, making it a soft sensation on your lips with up to 10-hours of  hydration, so that it feels really light on your lips. And with the Souffle de Velvet, the light as air matte effect is born!

Me wearing the Carameli Melo. What do you guys think?
It has delicate frangrant notes of blueberry and violet, making it a unique hybrid of textures that offers bright and matte yet a sheer colour for up to 10-hours to hold your make-up looking gentle and fresh. With the Souffle de Velvet, you can now have a veil of bright and fresh lips with a hint of really bold yet gentle colours. There are eight shades to choose from, and you'll be amazed how these shades would look on your lips as it follows the base colour of your lips. (Which also means, you will get different shades depending on your lips)

From Left: Ravie En Rose (4), VIPeach (3), Coquelic'oh (2) and Orangelique (1)
From Left: Carameli Melo (8), Plum Plum Pidou (7), Cherryeladers (6) and Fuschsiamallow (5).
In addition to that, it comes in a frosted matte lacqured bottle, which in contrast represents the breeze of colours of the shades. The range offers shades in pink, plum, orange and caramel souffle shades to choose from namely, Orangelique (1), coqelic'oh (2), VIPeach (3), Ravie En Rose (4), Fuschsiamallow (5), Cherryleaders (6), Plum Plum Pidou (7) and Carameli Melo (8). And if youre wondering whats my personal favourite shade, it would be shade 8 and 6 since it goes really well with my skin shade.

Beautyhacks : Apply the Souffle de Velvet and dap to cheeks as a blush
And there you have it! Each tube of Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet comes in a 7.7ml frosted matte lacqured bottle and are exclusively available at selected Watson Malaysia. And just before i end my post, heres a neat trick you can play around with Bourjois Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet. If you ever forgot to apply blusher and you're already on your way to work, you can also use the Souffle de Velvet as an on the go blush touch up! *wink For more information on Bourjois Paris, head on over to their facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/BourjoisParis.
