Hey guys, if you love arts and craft, i have good news for you. With the launch of the Wonder Photo Shop as the first of its kind concept store in Malaysia, other than offering photography and crafts, they also provide weekly workshops for those who want to start to get creative. Since i managed to 'experience' the workshop myself, i decided to just share with you on what its all about. And if you're here to find out, scroll away!

According to the poster, each session has limited seats, so to secure your seat all you need to do is to regiester yourself at http://wonderphotoshop.my/zam_dori/ and you're on your way to your very own DIY project (Which could be a photo journal, hand craft, multi layer pop up card, and more). Printing services will also be provided by the Wonder Photo Shop, so you wont have to worry about the images as long as you have a smartphone with you.

And whats a scrap book without stickers?! 

So since i was invited to be a part of the workshop (thanks to Fujifilm for having me), we were presented with a bag filled with the essentials needed to start with our so-called DIY project. In this starter kit, we received a note book, some stickers and a washy tape (OMGGG im a sucker for washy tapes). But your essentials do not limit yourself there as you will also be given a more decorative items that are presented on the table. There will also be an instructor to guide you if its youre first time too!

And of course, whats a DIY craft book without printed images right? I got a little worried as i didnt exactly have images on hand, but boy was i happy when i was told that they provided printing services specially for those who sign up for the Wonder Photo Workshop. I was told that theres a limit for each person when it comes to printing, but i was also told that you will be given a satisfied amount of photos which will be printed specially for your crafty creations.

And tadaa, here's my creation and i have to say that i filled up about 8 pages at least with stickers and washy tapes all over. Being a collector of washy tapes myself, i went a little overboard with the washy tapes they had cause i have an obsession (literally). Hehe. I just love the variety of washy tapes they had, and pretty amazed with the variety of stickers they provided too!

Its Pink-February!

Hello everyone, as we all know that valentines is just around the corner, i have decided to do a Pink February sensation! Well, why pink? Because its the colour of love *inserts heart emoticon here*

Here are some of my selected essentials that i will be using to create my Pink-February look. 

1. Lip Tatto Shinzens, RM168

2. Maybelline Baby Lips in Electro Pop in Pink Shock, RM10.90

3. Colour Collection Hotlights in Sparkle, RM24.90

4. Dolly wink eye liner, RM49.00

5. Maybelline Color Show Nail Polish in Berry Sexy, RM9.90

First, i decided to apply some lip tattoo by Shinzens to moist and get a natural shine to my lips before applying Baby Lips by Maybelline. By applying the lip tattoo, you can see that the colour goes darker naturally and it also moistures your lips too!

Next, apply Baby Lips by Maybelline to your lips to get a slightly darker pink. And guess what? It works wonders on your lips too! It moisturises and keeps your lips hydrated. Talk about double moisture power! The best part about this lip balm is that it does add some colour onto your lips, but at  the same time it keeps your lips looking natural. Not too dark, but it compliments your lips to be looking natural in February.

Next would be the final touch of applying Color Hotlights in Sparkle. This is my personal favourite, and I'm going to definitely tell you all about it! The word hotlights literally means 'lights', in what way? Do refer to photo attached below. 

Aint it cool or what? Especially at times when it gets pretty dark, you are still able to get just light to touch up your lips before the lights come on, keeping you looking amazing even in the dark. There is also a mirror attached with the base of the the tube, just good enough to apply some gloss and shine on your lips. Loving how it looks so naturally sparkly, who would want to kiss on valentines with Hotlights on your lips? *wink

 Next would be that you can apply some eyeshadow, just to match the outfit you're wearing or simple a day of going nude. NO! not literally nude, but nude as in without make up. Teehee. Whats so special about this eyeliner would be that its easy to apply as it has a sharp tip where its easy to draw designs on your eyelids. Very smooth, very easy to apply. Did i also mention that its from Japan? Whats there not to love when it comes with precisions?

And of course, the Maybelline Colour Show Nail Polish in Berry Sexy! Its amazing how i loved the colour! Very fierce yet classically elegant. Embracing the true women we are.

Sugar Skull Makeup ; DIY

Hey everyone, since halloween is just around the corner and some of you have been wondering how i got my sugar skull makeup done, so here it is! the moment of truth. This would be my first time blogging about a tutorial on how to DIY sugar skull make up. Feel free, or do let me know, if i missed anything out. Happy reading!

Now, first, before we start, obviously we need to know what we need? In my case, i was just using the things that i have at home which we're not entirely based on just make up.

Things you need:

1. Maybelline Color Tattoo : Blue, grey and turquoise
2. Johsons Baby Powder ( since i didn't want to use white face paint ) haha
3. Maybelline Sharp Eyeliner
4. Silkygirl Lip liner
5. Gem Stickers.

Now, once you have all that in your list, you can start on painting you face into a beautiful skull. First off lets start with pre-preparation. If you have long hair like mine, i would suggest that you tie it up into a bun to make sure your hair doesn't distract you from applying makeup. What i did was i tied my hair up into a bun, cause i like my hair to be all tied so that it stays neat.

Next is the fun part, what i did was i lined a circle around my eyes with baby powder (cause i wasn't confident enough to draw directly using an eyeliner), or you could just directly use eyeliner to draw your circle around your eyes. Once you're done with that, you can just colour your nose partly like how i did or they're also different ways to do it, depending on your nose structure.

When that is done, you would roughly know where to apply white to your face. This is optional if you don't have white face paint or if you prefer not applying white, would be fine to. You can skip this part if you want your look to be more natural. Im suppose to use white paint, but i didn't exactly prefer to have a sticky feel on my face as white face paint leave a sticky feeling to it, i decided to use baby powder. haha

The next one would be applying the Maybelline colour tattoo to the inner part of the circle, in my case, i mixed blue and turquoise. But any colour would be fine depending on the clothes you wear. If you don't have colour tattoo, eyeshadow works the same way as well.

Almost there, just the final touch ups, would be drawing some patterns on your forehead and also around your lips. I used maybelline colour tattoo in grey to my eyes to create a more dramatic look, and also applied some eyeliner like how you would usually apply it to your eyes.

I applied some lip liner on the inner part of the lips to create a certain to, but you can apply it any way you want it, be confident! Adding red lipstick would be fine too, but since i made my eyes dramatic, it would preferably be better if you let just one part of your face gets the attention. And since i had these diamond stickers lying around at home, i decided to apply it around my circle to create a more dramatic look.

And wallah, let your hair down and your look is done! To give it a complete look to it, add flowers to your hair and wear the perfect outfit to be looking hauntingly beautiful.
