Hi, everyone! In our current stressful environment, I think we all need a few tips on how to de-stress? The word de-stress to me usually automatically would mean to head to the spa, and to my surprise, I bumped into something that's very different from your typical body massage spa. Lajuene offers PESF therapy, which stands for pulsating electrostatic field. If you're wondering about what PESF therapy offers, then read on to find out more.

The PESF therapy offers a kind of relaxation where a safe amount of electrical current will flow through your body to help circulate your blood system while improving health. I KNOW, ELECTRICAL CURRENTS?! I freaked out the first time I heard about it too, but surprisingly you don't exactly feel anything during the therapy session, but instead, its just relaxing. Upon first impression walking into their store, I saw white chairs surrounding the interior which made me wonder am I walking into a store of massage chairs? But that's where I was wrong! Haha. It's no wonder that its called a Lounge as it's like a cozy place to relax and reenergize and regain your health. Apparently, PESF therapy helps by providing pain relief, de-stress, encourages blood flow, and more!

I managed to get a chance to test out the eLife Electric Field health Intrument that's connected to the seat pad where I was resting on. The PESF therapy has been proven as an advanced medication to gently encourage body cells to be more active through natural energy. It has been well known to improve blood circulation, basal metabolic rate, cell oxygen transportability, improves the autonomic nervous system, reduces the blood acidity, and comprehensively contribute the goodness of healing, recovering and maintaining. It does not feel painful, ut let me warn you that if you touch another person while you're doing the treatment, don't be surprised if you feel slightly electricuted. Thus when you're there, try not to have too many movements.

But after testing it out, I must say that I'm impressed with its blendable formulation, as it also leaves my skin with a natural glow. As a verdict, I'd have to say that this cushion foundation is a must have as it instantly corrects visible imperfections, blurs fine lines and pores with a perfected airbrush finish. PERFECT! Each time I wear this, I noticed that it provides a cool and refreshing finish, which leaves my skin feeling free and comfortable without any leaving any sticky residue on my skin. And just to top it off, it doesn't clog pores, and it's nonirritating, making it an ideal compact cushion for most sensitive skin types.

[REVIEW] Jorayc | Hair Care Expert

Reviewing the Jorayc Hair Care Expert

If you've been keeping updated with my recent blogging adventures, you would know that I've dyed my hair to dark blue about a month ago. Or if you haven't read about my hair colour experience at Hair Attitude Group in Pandan Indah, you can always read about it here. So to compliment my hair colouring experience, I have two products to share with you which was introduced to me by the Salon! Jorayc Hair Care Expert | Sensitive Scalp Rescue & Nutritional Tonic

The Jorayc Senstive Scalp Rescue & Nutritional Tonic

First up for review would be the Jorayc sensitive Scalp Rescue & Nutritional Tonic. I'm surprised that this happens to be an in-house product by Hair Attitude Group and I'm proud to say that the materials are from Spain, but this tonic is manufactured in Malaysia. YAY~ I was told that this was suitable to be used on my scalp cause im facing minor hair loss thus getting the staff to recommend me this product as a hair loss solution.

Some descriptions and list of ingredients

The packaging says that it helps increase blood circulation in scalp while helping the scalp to rebuild for sensitive scalp and hair loss control. Containing Panax Ginseng Root, it activates internal hair repair, rebuilds damaged hair structure, allows hair follicles to grow strong healthy hair while providing essential nutrients to the roots. It also claims that it nourishes the scalp cells which effectively reduces excessive hair loss.

To us, this tonic, all you need to do is bring the nozzle to the scalp from about 1cm away then spray on several spots (preferably 5 sections of the scalp) and message thoroughly. This has to be applied only after you lightly dry your hair after your shower. Upon application, I noticed my scalp experienced a cooling feel which got me to find out that the tonic contains menthol extract. I find the cooling sensation refreshing after a nice shower. I usually hate washing my hair, but applying this to my scalp has to be my favourite time of the day as I find the Tonic somehow relaxing. hehe.

Next would be something from Jorayc basic which is the Aqua Active Leave in Spray. This cute bottle is designed to instantly provide intense moisture to your hair. The formula is super friendly for any type of hair  (extra plus points) to provide a healthier way to care for your hair and it's highly recommended if you have dry damaged hair. In my case, when colouring my hair, I think it's pretty normal that your hair ends gets a little dry. So giving a little extra attention to your hair would really give you a good hair day. #proven

To use this leave in aqua conditioner, all you need to do is to unlock the bottle by turning the seal towards the open-label, then apply this as a blow-drying spray or alternatively you can use this on damp hair and spray sections by section from lengths to ends. This would help detangle the ends and at the same time protects against future damages. I was expecting it to be a little sticky or at the very least oily, but to my surprise, it wasn't at all sticky nor oily. It also leaves a very refreshing scent on your hair too. SWEET!

Verdict

And here's what i have to say as a verdict

As a verdict after about almost a month of using these products, I have to say that both of the products compliment each other really well but I'm personally more fond to the Jorayc Hair Care Expert for Sensitive Scalp Rescue & Nutritional Tonic as it leaves my head feeling really refreshed and I noticed that my hair fall issue has been reduced. (I guess this works and I am living proof that it keeps your hair intact). Hehe. The Jorayc Basic on the other hand really prevents my hair from looking dry each time I blow-dry my hair! But since i dont blow-dry my hair on a daily basis, i use it less often compared to the tonic. What's there really not to love about these products?

If you're wondering where to get Jorayc products, I was told that it can be found in almost any salon. I got this at a Salon I stumbled by for an urgent hair-do and decided to give this ago. I don't usually like to talk about products that don't give results, but both the products I tested were amazing. It does what its suppose to do, and that pretty much all I would ask for. Hehe. Reviewing the Shizens VISAGE Collection

I think we're all very familiar how Shizens is an exclusive brand and in today's blog post, I'll be sharing with you a thing or two about the latest collection, the Shizens VISAGE Collection. One thing that I admire most about Shizens would be that the brand believes that everyone has a unique natural beauty that should not be concealed but instead to be highlighted with talking about make up. With the aim to enhance instead of concealing, I believe that Shizens sets a good example to embrace uniqueness.

With 9 products in this collection, in which I will only be reviewing a section of their makeup series. <----- makeup sucker right here. Now it's review time! Today I will be reviewing the Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO, the Hue-Duo Eyeshadow in Sepia Pink, the Aqua Eyeliner in Brown and the Smack Lips in Cherry Blossom.

NATURAL PORE NUTRIENT FOUNDATION PRO

How pretty is this foundation stick?

First up for review would be the Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO. Upon getting this, I was actually really excited cause this is my first foundation that comes in a form of a stick! If you're looking for something easy to spread around your face, well this might be the answer. The casing is super chic and I love how it's very compact compared to my usual liquid foundation. Not to also forget that it makes it really easy to apply foundation too.

Coverage is surprisingly very good

And this is me wearing the foundation, blends pretty well with my skin too!

Upon application, I have to admit that its extremely light weight that leaves my skin looking sheer and oil free! Not to forget that the coverage is surprisingly impressive. This foundation is 100% talc-free making it the perfect foundation to cover fine lines and pore imperfections. But above it all, did you know that this product contains vitamin E? So yes, I would have to say that this kills two birds with one stone as it covers and pampers the skin. Wouldn't you think that my skin looks like its naturally glowing?

HUE-DUO EYESHADOW

Next up would be the Hue-Duo Eyeshadow which I got myself in Sepia Pink. I usually go for smoky shades, but I'm gonna give k-pop beauty ago in something pinky. Like, why not? Packaging is actually pretty simple, but I'm more concern about the content and pigment of the formulation. Upon swatching it, I actually like how the pigmentation is good, and very blendable too,  making it suitable for Day/Night looks. I never really thought that the shade would look good on me, but surprisingly it matched my skin tone pretty well. Don't you think so?

AQUA LINER

To complete your eye make-up, the aqua liner does just the trick! This happens to be Shizens brand new Aqua eyeliner, a cushion typed liquid eyeliner that has been designed to be smudge-proof and long-wearing up to 12 hours! I gave it a swatch test and I LOVE that it's quick drying! The pigment is really good, and did you know that each purchase of this comes with an eyeliner brush too? Brush away to get sharper, bigger eyes with this! I got mine in Brown cause I personally think that brown looks more natural if you ask me.

SMACK LIPS

Brighter than my usual shades, but it actually looks pretty good. Wont you agree?

And to complete your entire look, how can we forget to smack some color to your lips? I got mine in cherry blossom, which at first I thought looked too barbie pink for me, but thanks to its unique formulation (i assume), I have to say that it suits almost any skin tone pretty well. It's designed to be long-wearing that leaves a matte finish. It contains coconut oil and sunflower butter to lock in moisture in your lips, so if you have flaky lips, this would prevent your lips from peeling by locking in moisture effectively. YAY! In terms of texture, LOVE! Usually, matte finishing lip creams can be pretty drying on my lips, but to my surprise, this is not at all drying and it leaves my lips feeling smooth and moisturized.

Would you believe that Pretty Suci also features their very own in-house brand as well? I know, insane! And guess what? I even got hold onto two of their shades featuring Minah Jambu and Cek Mek Molek (Super cute names I have to say). The site actually had a little description of the products to explain that these lip creams produces matte velvety finishes, which emphasizes on non-drying formula and are halal certified in terms of ingredients and manufacturer. SWEET

Here are some swatches of both the shades where Minah Jambu features a berry hue shade while the Cek Mek Molek is more of a nude-ish pink tone. I also noticed that this lip cream has a hint of a vanilla which makes the shade even yummier than the names given. Hehe. I have to give extra points to the texture for being super irresistible and it's indeed very comfortable on my lips to last me the entire day. Don't get me started on talking about the packaging, just exclusive luxury.

VERDICT

As a verdict, I would have to say that the products featured on the site have a reasonable variety to cater different price ranges. I really do hope that they feature more products in the coming future, ESPECIALLY on their Pretty Suci Lip Creams. Pretty Suci team, if you're reading this, PLEASE ADD MORE SHADES TO THE COLLECTION! I'm really loving the texture of it as it doesn't dry my lips. Other than that, I'm actually keeping my eyes on brands like Make Over, So.Lek, Wardah, Marcella & Co and so much more amazing brands that I'm surprised are priced at really reasonable prices. This honestly might be my new go-to store and I'm seeing a lot of potential on PrettySuci.com. YES!
