Reviewing the Bausch+Lomb Lacelle Jewel
Im back again for yet another review on Bausch+Lomb contact lenses, and today i'll be sharing with you a little review of the Bausch+Lomb Lacelle Jewel. If you have been keeping up with my blog post, i've written about my first time experience of wearing contact lenses! And trust me when you get used to using contact lenses, it occasionally becomes like a beauty enhancer on days you don't exactly feel like wearing exessive make up. Whats in the box?
In my previous write up on contact lenses, i was talking about disposable contact lenses, so this time around, i decided to try out the Bausch+Lomb Lacelle Jewel soft contact lenses in Amber Brown for this blogpost. It comes in a shocking pink box which contains 2 individual soft contact lenses which i was told are reusable and advisable to be used for a maximum of 1 month with a condition that the contact lenses are well-taken care off each time it has been used.

Tried and Tested

I've tried and tested the Bausch + Lomb Lacelle Jewel soft contact lenses and i have to admit that it was a little tricky to apply as the contact lenses are slightly bigger than my chinese blood eyes, since im wearing this for the first time,  but all is good once you get used to it. I've tested and worn this to work since 8am to 10pm to find out that it doesnt dry my eyes out.  But it got a little dry at about 10.30pm, thus i wouldnt advise you to wear this over 12 hours in a day. I was also getting compliments on my eyes looking bigger than usual by my colleagues. Such a conversation started!

Whats the difference?
Since i got a little curious on what i look like with and without the contact lenses. I mean like, how can you not wonder especially when your contact lenses are in brown and when you have brown eyes. What possible can be any different? And i guess from the image above, it pretty much tells that contact lenses does make you eyes look ever more attractive by adding a slight flare each time you wink. Hehe. And i guess from the looks of it, my eyes do look a little bigger and at the same time, leaving my eyes looking natural despite wearing contact lenses.

Conclusion

What are my thoughts on the Bausch+Lomb Lacelle Jewel?
As a conclusion, i would have to say that i have to admire the comfort of the Bausch+Lomb Lacelle Jewel range which i've experienced throughout the day. It has a unique lace pattern which blends really well with your pupil to leave a very natural finish to your eyes. It comes in other colours as well, but i like to stick it to natural tones so that it wouldnt attract too much attention. It comes in different powers to suit different levels of eyesight which i think is great for those who find it uncomfortable to wear glasses. After you're done using your contact lens, just a friendly reminder to always wash it with Renu Fresh and store it in a proper contained to prolong its usage.

From a first impression, I really think these "KouKou" dolls are super cute. And it's even cuter when you grew up with the KouKou characters. If you're not looking at it as a doll, it can also be used as a pencil holder too! Haha. I personally like to put it on my office desk as it somehow relieves my stress since it's so cute! I got mine Tigress to remind me of my cat (pandora) at work. I also noticed that the high in demand by KouKou collectors is Toothless. hehe. [COMPETITION] AirAsia's Runway Ready Designer Search 2017

I believe that Asia has so much to offer in the fashion industry and im happy to announce that AirAsia is having their AirAsia Runway Ready Designer Search 2017! Aspiring fashion designers across the Asean region are set to receive the opportunity of a lifetime with the launch of AirAsia’s Runway Ready Designer Search 2017, which has expanded to cover all ten Asean countries this year.

The competition will see audition tours across the capitals of each country throughout April to June in search for the top two aspiring fashion designers to represent their country at the Grand Finale which will take place in Kuala Lumpur this August. The winner of this regional designer search will walk away with prizes worth at least RM350,000 including a confirmed slot in KL Fashion Week Ready To Wear 2018, RM25,000 sponsored by FashionValet to produce a capsule collection which will be sold on FashionValet.com, 150,000 AirAsia BIG Points as well as AirAsia flights and more.

This designer search is open to any individual of any nationality, 30 years of age or below and residing in any of the ten Asean countries. Three (3) women’s ready-to-wear sketches inspired by Asean destinations are to be submitted with the complete registration form available at klfashionweek.com. Participants can also get more information by emailing aarrds2017@klfashionweek.com.

AirAsia is also KL Fashion Week Ready To Wear 2017’s Preferred Travel Partner and will be flying in fashion designers throughout the AirAsia Group’s extensive route network including from India, China, Australia, Japan and South Korea to be featured on the KL Fashion Week Ready To Wear runway from 16 - 20 August 2017.

[CONTEST] Jom #SayaSihat, with #YeosMalaysia!

Yeo Hiap Seng (Malaysia) Berhad a.k.a Yeo's, a company that has taken initiative steps to win the heart and trust of Malaysians is now having a health-related campaign to emphasize the importance of taking care of your health in terms of the food we consume and not to forget exercising. The reason of this campaign is to spread awareness of the increasing statistics of obesity in Malaysia (OH NO!). So with that being the main reason for the campaign, Yeo's launches the #SayaSihat (#ImHealthy) campaign with #YeosMalaysia!


Ong Chay Seng, Malaysia Group Vice President shared that Yeos has been a drink that has been well known for its high-quality ingredients, with less sugar and a drink that does not contain preservatives. Personally speaking, a good example to me would be the Yeo's Jasmine Green Tea as Green tea is good to burn fat and also high in antioxidants. Where else, Yeo's Soya, on the other hand, is good to maintain energy levels in the body since its high in protein.  Growing up with Yeo's when I was in highschool has really created impact to my daily lifestyle and I'm glad that they decided to start a health campaign which is something I prioritize a lot in my daily lifestyle.

The #SayaSihat campaign starts from the 13th of February and will end on the 23rd of April  and is open to all Malaysians. Below would be instructions on how to join the contest:

1. Take a photo of yourself exercising. (Extra points if Yeo's product is included in the picture)
2. Upload your photo to your Instagram account and hashtag #SayaSihat, and #YeosMalaysia.
3. Set your Instagram account to public.
4. Tag to of your friends to complete your participation.

And thats it! I love how Yeo's is encouraging the society to exercise, which i myself take it as a reminder to carry myself to the gym. Hehe. In case some of you are wondering how the concept of the campaign works, Yeo's is emphasizing that their products are high quality that contains natural fresh ingredients and its super convenient to consume while youre doing your exercising. [CONTEST] “US Burger & Fries Fiesta” To Excite KL’s Fast Food Fans

Just because i love potatoes, im here to announce that the U.S. Potato Board has kicked off its 1st “U.S. Fries & Burger Fiesta” – running from May 1 to 31, 2016. The campaign sees the convergence of 19 popular burger joints & cafés within the Klang Valley to serve up a unique repertoire / creation of U.S. fries with burgers never seen before.

Burgers are one of most relished ‘fast meals’ by many Malaysians today, and you have to agree with me that we love how burgers in varieties, from high-end burgers to street burgers, we love them all. And what goes really well with burgers? BINGO! The fries that usually comes with it. In terms of per capita consumption, Malaysia is the number one market for U.S. fries in the South-east Asia market and only number 2 to Japan in Asia.

Mary Kay celebrated the beauty of women " inside and out " at the third annual Asia Pacific Grand Finale of the Mary Kay Dream Beautiful™ Contest held on Feb. 23 at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong. Mary Kay Dream Beautiful™ recognizes the strong bond between Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and their customers, and centers on making dreams come true. Three aspiring models were chosen as the new “Face of Mary Kay Asia Pacific” and one Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant as the “Beauty Artist of Mary Kay Asia Pacific.”

The Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants of the winning contestants will also be recognized in Mary Kay Applause Magazines in the Asia Pacific Region and honored in their local markets. The panel of judges included international supermodel Karolina Kurkova, Korean celebrity makeup artist Sunjin Kim, Mary Kay Global Makeup Artist Luis Casco, and global fashion and beauty photographer Jason Capobianco.

Zhang Ying from China, Crystal Fung from Hong Kong, and Corvina Chong from Malaysia were announced as the three Grand Final Winners for their outstanding makeup looks and performance on the runway based on the three qualities that each model best represented - Confidence, Passion, and Elegance. Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, Vicky Lai from Hong Kong, was named “Beauty Artist of Mary Kay Asia Pacific” for her makeup skills and creativity.

More than 100,000 women from Australia & New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia & Singapore, Philippines, and Taiwan, from all walks of life teamed up with a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant to participate in the Dream Beautiful™ Contest. Mary Kay Dream Beautiful™ was also supported by official fashion sponsor Nine West, who provided the wardrobe of contestants for the Grand Finale show. A proud moment indeed to know that a Malaysian Representative has won a placement in Dream Beautiful Contest held in HKG recently, or we can always go with the Malaysian saying, where Malaysia 'always' boleh!

Dominos #DTopSecret is out!

The secret is out.
Psst! Have you guys heard? The secret is officially out! Domino's has finally revealed their #DTopSecret menu and is finally available nationwide! I dont know about you, but Domino's has always been a favourite of mine, because their variety of pizza is getting crazier and crazier (in a good way of course) hehe.

In their #DTopSecret menu, they have 3 flavours out which you HAVE to try in order to know how good it is! They have it flavoured in Vegie Fiesta, Chicken Confidential and Classified Chicken, but if you ask me, the highlight was definitely the Chicken Confidential, which was a privilege to be able be among the few who got to try it out before its even launched. If you have been keeping up with my Instagram or Facebook, then you might have known that i managed to tried their #DTopSecret menu a few days ago. What did i think about it? It was mouth watering, and served in one of the best sauce's i've ever tasted. Theres chunks of cherry tomato's, pinapple, chicken sausage slices, chunks of chicken, and the base was was not your usual tomato sauce. Im not too sure what the secret sauce is, but im loving it!

And i really have to agree with Domino's that their Pizza's are always served Fully Loaded! So are you ready to taste the evolution of Domino's Pizza? Cause if you are, you better start ordering yours today!

Anybody wants a slice? 
What i love about their Chicken Confidential is that their combination of toppings compliments each other perfectly! I love the fact that it has a tangy, sweet, and sour combination. Each bites feels like a party in your mouth. Hehe. Personally i think the secret sauce taste like a combo of mayonnaise and cheese, but it may not be it. GAH!

Did you know that Dominos has also upgraded their Official Website? It now has a fresher look with better deals to satisfy your cravings and savings. haha. Oh gosh, it rhymes! But i would like to emphasise more on their combo deals which im sure you'd be interested.
