Calling all students in the Klang Valley! Here’s your chance to get fit and healthy a la bootcamp style with Kenny Rogers ROASTERS’ (KRR) annual ROASTERS Health Watch with the theme ‘Intervarsity Health War’ this year! Due to requests, submission deadline is extended till 28th March 2016 (Monday).
KRR together with its partnering organiser, Original Bootcamp, who organises one of the toughest physical challenge, Viper Challenge will head the 5-week health programme this 7th April 2016. Apart from fitness tips, participants will also get a special diet planned with the aid of KRR.

With more than RM30,000 worth of prizes up for grabs, the health challenge is open to all students (local and international) aged 16 & above in Malaysia with the aim to improve their physical fitness, or has a BMI of <18.5 or >25.0. To participate, students are to form a team of 2 people from the same institution (mix or same gender) and experience the challenge.

No participation fee is required to join the health challenge. Multiple submissions are permitted and shortlisted participants will be notified via email by 1st April 2016.
