Buffet Ramadan Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur | Icip Icip Kampungku @ Swez Brasserie

Buffet Ramadan Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur is my go-to buffet location since it's located in between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, I must say that im excited to share with you this year's Ramadan food spread that follows the theme of Icip Icip Kampungku. If youre looking to find a place that offers a taste of the traditional home, then you would definitely love this to be your ideal gathering location with friends and family. The Icip Icip Kampungku buffet dinner will be available at Swez Brasserie throughout Ramadan.

Roasted Lamb with Stuffed Arab Rice *must try

Variety of different type of kerabu

Ulam ulam melayu

With over 100 dishes being served during the buffet spread, this would include local traditional Malaysian cuisines as well. Not to forget the all-time favorite, Eastin Kuala Lumpur with Chef Dennie and Chef Hafiz is proudly bringing back their signature Traditional Roasted Lamb Stuffed with Arab Rice, Soup Gear Box Berempah, Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai, and Venison Rendang for diners to look forward to. I personally found the Soup Gearbox a highlight as the dish itself took more than 5 hours to ensure that the beef is tender and juicy making the soup worth every sip~!

Nasi Lemak kukus Daun Teratai

A little close up on how the nasi lemak teratai is prepared and presented

Another unique dish to look forward to would be the Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai. If youre wondering what makes this different than your usual nasi lemak, well, this specifically is cooked with fresh coconut milk and then steamed while being wrapped with lotus leaves, giving the dish a whole enhanced flavor. To be served with Ayam Goreng Rempah, you would not regret digging into this marvelously made dish.

Not to forget the classics, the buffet spread also features local favourites which includes Rendang Rusa, Ikan Patin Kukus Asam Limau Kasturi, Masakan Kawah, Popis Goreng Kelapa Manis, Laksa Kuah Putih, Sambal Udang with Belimning Buluh, Burung Puyuh Berempah and many more! Trust Eastin Hotel to handle the rest to ensure that there is definitely something for everyone to look forward to.

The array of very traditional malay desserts

Also offering other options such as creme brulee

And how can we forget about the cakes?

What's a meal without desserts? Just to share with you on what you can expect, there is a wide selection of desserts for those with a sweet tooth! There's Pandan Jackfruit Mousse Cake, Chocolate Walnut Mud Cake, Cheesy Coconut Chocolate Banana Apam Balik, Pengat Nangka Madu Bersago, Kurma, Dodol and so much more! I have a hard time trying to decide on what to indulge into especially when every dessert sounds amazing with an added Malaysian twist to it.
