The Grand Launch of Palazzo Viva, in Bangsar Telawi.

With the launch of Palazzo Viva, you don’t have to travel all the way to Italy, to enjoy the Italian dining & entertainment experience. Palazzo Viva is a one-of-a-kind gourmet casual dining which has opened their first restaurant, in the heart of Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur. With its one dining options ans a wide variety of food and drinks, theres no doubt that this would be the place to be to enjoy a unique dining experience.

It was an honor to be invited as one of their media guest to officially launch Palazzo Viva, together with their main directors, auditors and also celebrity friends. And of course, how can I forget about the generous appetizers and refreshments served during the special occasion, which I found was very fascinating cause its definitely something that i’ve never heard of.

We had a variety of serving of fresh tapas and canapés, which includes, beef tartate with mango yolk sauce, black olive, spinach salad and potato crisp, hot ricotta with cherry tomato, aubergines, basil and tomato sauce, chicken with mango and cucumber salsa, and also eggs carbonara with beef bacon and parmesan sauce. If you think sound yummy, I’ve attached some photos of the servings that we had.

If you’re already drooling over these amazing dishes. the servings that were mentioned above are also available during normal operating hours and occasionally the choices of tapas and canapés changes everyday.

Or if you would just like to enjoy the evening by just having a drink while waiting for traffic to reduce on a very busy day, well, Palazzo Viva also introduced to us their specialty cocktails & mocktails to customers. I personally tried their mocktails, and trust me, they serve one of the best! Its definitely not your ordinary cocktail.

The launch stated with a speech by the director of Palazzo Viva, Mr. Jay Lee, who had a vision of believing that an excellent dining and entertainment experience does not depend solely on the excellence of the cuisine, but the ambience as well. What he said was clearly brought out physically to represent Palazzo Viva, and of course, the ambiance is very much like youre in another part of the world.

Coming to an architectural point of view, the concept of Palazzo Viva differs from most restaurants in such a way that its ambience and menu changes throughout the day, from breakfast, to lunch, and dinner. Imagine dining in Palazzo Viva for breakfast, then returning again for dinner, only to feel as if you had stepped in to a different place.

And of course, with such an amazing concept, it doesn’t stop just there. Who prepares the best Italian dishes if theyre not from Italy themselves? Mr. Jay Lee also proudly introduced his team of experienced culinary chefs during the launch where the co-owner master pastry chef, Chef Denis Dianin, had acquired the AMPI award, which is equivalent to a 3 star Michelin award in the confectionary world. Customers are also welcomed to savour the very best combination in design, flavours and textures with a range of 32 macaron flavors, 24 gourmet mignons and cakes.

Tip: Their pastries are best served with their special blend coffee or with their Palazzo Fizz, a moet and chandon base cocktail with infusions from fresh fruits and rosemary.

Every dish on that evening was presented perfectly mouth-watering, and I believe that Palazzo Viva will be a new dining experience in Malaysia that is truly unique in its own way. It serves as the exclusive flagship for one of the Europe’s top brands in cakes and confectionaries, d&g Patisserie. For more information on d&g Patisserie, do head down to their official facebook page.

Palazzo Viva has both an indoor and outdoor seating and it can host up to 180 pax as an ideal set up for events and private functions. An exclusive dining area on the first floor will be ready in the near future with private rooms and live kitchen table experience. For more information, do not hesitate to check out their official Facebook Page, or Official Website.

This is definitely a must and I hope you enjoyed reading this new discovery on Palazzo Viva.

Much love,
Aliza Sara xx
