Admiring Puan Sri Nisa Bakri, this achievement all started as a hobby, and her hobby was basically cooking as she treats her friends with her delicious secret recipes. And from there, she started getting request and orders from her friends, and believe it or not, even the relative of royalties were even ordering food from her. Talk about food that is fit for a king am i right?

In 2015, Puan Sri Nisa Bakri stated her 'Wakaf Ramadan Food Mission' program where she was providing service to pack food for the unfortunate and from this humble activity, she made a lot of connections to further help those who are in need which really brought people together through her cooking. In the same year, she published her book which shared a storyline which includes romance, food and love. Through the book, she also shared 25 traditional recipes to share with those who share the love of cooking as well. Towards the end of the same year, she then took a step further by creating her own business by making her NisaBakri instant paste. Starting with 2 paste namely Asam Pedas and Fish curry, NisaBakri now carries 7 varieties of paste that is now available in the market.

In the following year, she started to share her traditional cooking techniques on tv internationally with a few cooking series that she has recorded. In 2017, the NisaBakri instant paste entered Indonesia where she introduced the 'Sambal Rasia' and 'Sambal Lemak Cili Api' which was introduced as a Malaysian cuisine which eventually led her to appear in Metro TV Jakarta in 2018 to further have exposure for her brand.
